The Volley is inspired by Brazilian volleyball shoes from the 1970s.
Sourced from southern Brazil and Uruguay, VEJA's bovine leather is tanned locally in workshops selected for their environmental standards – no harmful components to health or the environment are used. The dyes comply with current regulations and are applied with attention to water consumption during the tanning process.
- Upper: Organic Traced leather (O.T.)
- Panels: Organic Traced leather (O.T.)
- Insole: Amazonian rubber (11%), E.V.A. bio-sourced (45%, including 36% sugar cane), recycled E.V.A. (13%), organic cotton (5%) and others (26%)
- Outsole: Amazonian rubber (50%), mineral silica (26%), synthetic rubber (5%) and others (19%)
- Lining: Recycled polyester (100%)
- Laces: Recycled polyester (100%)
