Refund policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn apparel with all original tags still attached within 2 weeks of receiving your package for a full refund.  All food and opened apothecary items are final sale.

In order to initiate the return process, please email shop@goodnbr.com for a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel that you are sending back. Unfortunately, delivery cannot be accepted on returned parcels without an RA number.

Good Neighbour is not responsible for return shipping costs including duties, customs, brokerage or any other charges.

Sale Priced Merchandise

All sale items (50% or more) are a final sale. Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items.

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept international returns.  All international orders are final.

Stylist Partners

We are always happy to work with stylists on creative projects.  Please note we charge a 25% re-stocking fee on items purchased for shoots and other projects. This cost is deducted from the refund when items are returned.  If 25% of the original order is kept, re-stocking fee is waived. 

Holiday Return Policy

We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn goods with all original tags still attached up until January 4th.  Please note, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges on Boxing Day.

Damages

Please contact us for any damage inquiries.  Many of our brands offer resolutions for damaged items.

BEST PRACTICES FOR WEARING YOUR JEWELRY :

We are proud to represent the brands that we do and want you to love your pieces for years to come. A few ways to do that :

  • Removing your jewelry prior to showering, swimming, exercising or cleaning to limit exposure to moisture and prevent accidental breaks
  • Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing to come off. 
  • When not being worn, pieces are best kept stored in an airtight container (ex. ziplock bag) or a felt pouch, which helps absorb excess moisture.
  • Note on all stones and materials (excluding gold, diamonds and sapphires): exercise caution as these materials are not as durable as diamonds and sapphires or even gold (ex. opals, pearls, enamel, emeralds, cord)  Avoid contact with  water, creams or aerosols. Clean only when needed with a jewelry cleaning cloth and dry thoroughly.

 

A few specific policies to note :

Jenny Bird has a 6 month damage policy for repairs or replacements on manufacturer errors.

Bluboho, Right Hand Gal, Wolf Circus + Clare V. has a 12 month damage policy for repairs or replacements on manufacturer errors.

Anything outside of these timelines will not be able to be repaired or replaced by the brands or Good Neighbour.

*Some exclusions apply if the brand determines the item to not be a manufacturer error.

*To qualify for any repair or replacement, the item must have been purchased through Good Neighbour and the customer must provide an original receipt.
